Unable to connect to my Daz account?

Daz Studio 4.9 is suddenly refusing to link up to my Daz account?

    I'm unable to log into the Daz Installer... :(

  • Yes install manager too. Its as if my login and password are no longer valid for some reason.

    Same thing happened the other days as well.

    Plus the store is not updating today with today's releases or discounts.

    Is it still happening?  Cleared up on my end when the site and store came back online.

    I have the same problem, install manager says my username and/or password is/are incorrect, i changed it (Using the username and password that install manager said was wrong, funny that), and the problem persists, installing by hand it is...

    DIM is still not loggin in and the store is still not updating for today's releases.  Just black windows of circle death.

    I can't log in either. About an hour ago I made a purchase then from the 'success!! you just spent more money on stupid daz stuff!' screen i told it to send to DIM. Dim was minimized in the tray and I got the 'give permission' pop-up 'cause the list of new stuff was being sent to DIM. Answered okay.

    That's when it got stuck. Closed DIM and re-opened and still get that 'authorize' pop-up and no go.

    Just now again as well.

    Try doing a Hard refresh, in case it is caching issues. Shift+Ctrl+R

    Tried that, as well as switching off my system and starting again. No dice.

    "Unable to login the specified account. Verify the email and/or password and try again".

    Email & PW work normally to log into my account at daz3d.com.

    Windows 10 with KB KB3194496 installed.

     

  • happened last week as well thought was in relation to some big update coming either in studio or the website

    Didn't do anything.

    The log file showed my instance of refreshing. Still got 'network error occurred' in log file when I tried again.

    The same problem here. Can't connect to my accout with DIM.

  • Had some CloudFlare-type issues with the site just before midnight, but that's working now. Unfortunately, DIM just does not seem to like me at all, and I can't install any of the lovely products I just bought.

  • I'm also unable to log into DIM, even added another account (which worked last time I had this problem) but that also wouldn't log in

    Same here, and I bought way too much on the PA catch up sale!  No install for me!

    I noticed it today, wish there was someone to tell us what is going on.

    I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program. Still haas a problem linking up.

    I can't even open Daz Studio, because I have it configured to automatically log in to Daz Connect. It is stuck at the splash screen with a Logging in... message. It has been stuck there for minutes. It did the same thing last night.

  • DIM unable to login for me

  • DIM keeps telling me there's something wrong with my username and/or password. Worked fine up till now. Then suddenly stopped working today.
