Is there such a product as a Genesis 3 to Genesis 2 Pose Converter? Apologies if this has already been asked.

My freebie Pose and Animation Conversion script that uses rsg's Updated: Daz Studio Posing Scripts (now for G3F) scripts could facilitate that. However you'd need to use rsg's FixPoseGenerator script, included in his/her scripts, to make the script that converts from V7 to V6.
Out of the box, rsg's scripts only provide "Fix Pose" scripts to move poses from older generations to newer generations. Tools are included to make any "Fix Pose" scripts you want to make. It only takes some time to load up both models, pose the target model to match as closely as possible the donor model and then run the FixPoseGenerator script.
